Who Knew? Sunlight used for weight loss!





We all know that natural sunlight provides the body with vitamin D needed for strong bones and so many other important functions in the body. It also improved mood and promotes a sense of well-being. Now, new research proves that as little as 20 minutes a day, preferably, in the early morning can be a big boost in you weight loss efforts! The new buzzword to go along with this exciting new research is "lux".  Lux is a term used to measure light intensity. Research has shown that as little as 20 minutes a day of outdoor sunlight before noon on a regular basis can play a significant role in weight reduction.
